Working with us
How we work, what to send and how approvals go.

Most of what decides how a project goes has nothing to do with software. It comes down to a handful of human habits: sending the right material early, reviewing work properly, giving feedback that can be acted on, and knowing who to ask when you are stuck. This category covers those habits, written for a busy business owner who wants the project to go smoothly and does not want to read a manual.
Webtec is a digital growth agency headquartered in Stockholm, with one team working remotely. Every client has a named team, as set out in the proposal, and a project manager who keeps timing and approvals on track. Our own view of how we run accounts is on the how we work page. The articles here are the practical side of it: what we need from you, what you can expect from us, and how the two meet in the middle.
Three things matter more than the rest. First, content and access. When a project slips, the most common cause is that something we need from the client, such as photos, copy, a decision or a login to a platform, arrives late. What to send us lists everything by project type so you can gather it in one go. Second, review. Nothing goes live without your approval on a preview link, and a second person on our team checks work before you see it. Approve work before launch shows you how to review in a way that catches real problems. Third, feedback. Specific, prioritized feedback from one voice gets you the result you want in fewer rounds. How to give feedback has before and after examples.
The rest of the category is about routes. Support requests go through the support form, one ticket per submission, and one ticket per request explains how to write one that gets handled quickly. Who to contact tells you which door to knock on for which question, and how to reach a leader if something has not been resolved. How a project runs gives you the shape of an engagement from kickoff to ongoing care, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Anything about plan terms, scope, renewal, or who owns what is written in your proposal, and we keep it there on purpose, so there is one source of truth. If this category does not answer your question, send it through the support form and a person on our team will pick it up.

Questions about working with us
What do I need to send you to start a project?
It depends on the project, but the common core is your logo files, your brand colors and fonts if you have them, photos of your real business and team, the text you want kept, access to the platforms involved, and a short brief about your customers and goals. What to send us lists it by project type in a table. If you do not have something, tell your project manager early and we will plan around it.
Can I see my website before it goes live?
Yes. Nothing goes live without your approval on a preview link. You get a private link to the new version, you review it on desktop and phone, and you tell us what to change. Work is also checked by a second person on our team before it reaches you. Approve work before launch walks through the review step by step.
Should I send one support request or several?
Send one ticket per request. Each submission through the support form becomes one ticket, and several tickets sent in the same session are merged into one, so splitting a single problem into five messages does not make it faster. If you have genuinely different issues, such as a broken form and a billing question, submit them separately so each goes to the right person.
Who do I contact when I have a question?
It depends on the question. Fixes and updates go through the support form. Timing, approvals and project questions go to your project manager. Strategy and results questions go to your Growth Manager or SEO lead, as named in your proposal. Billing questions go in a billing ticket. Who to contact has the full table, including how to reach a leader.
Why does my project depend so much on what I send?
Because the work is built from your business: your words, your photos, your decisions. We can research your market and draft copy, but we cannot invent your real project photos, your credentials or your reasons customers choose you. When those arrive late, the work waits. When they arrive complete, it moves in a straight line. How a project runs shows where you and we each fit.
What if I am not happy with something we deliver?
Tell your project manager or Growth Manager plainly what is wrong. A named person takes ownership, fixes it and explains what happened. If it is still not resolved, you can ask for a leader. The route is described on why Webtec and in who to contact. Specific feedback helps most, and how to give feedback shows what that looks like.
