Executive B2B eventsSEO

128 clicks in June 2025. 483 in March 2026. Twelve months.

Be Executive Events runs invite-only dinners, roundtables and virtual events that put B2B companies in front of C-suite buyers. BEE completed our onboarding on 28 August 2025. This page covers June 2025 to May 2026. In that window monthly clicks went from 128 to a peak of 483 in March 2026, then held at 397 and 349 in April and May. Here is every month of it, including the month Google changed how it counts.

WHERE IT STARTED

Clicks going nowhere

In June 2025, the first full month in the record, beexecutiveevents.com earned 128 clicks. July and August brought 103 and 110. Search Console put average position at 45.3 in June, but that reading came from how Google counted impressions at the time, which changed in September 2025. So clicks lead every comparison below.

  • ProblemFlat clicks.128 in June 2025, 103 in July, 110 in August. Around 114 a month, with no upward trend in any of the three.
  • ProblemRead as the wrong kind of events company. In onboarding, BEE told us its previous SEO agency treated it like any events company, weddings and VIP events included. BEE sells access to C-suite decision makers, which is a different search audience.
  • ProblemA seasonal calendar to account for.BEE’s own calendar is busy from late February to July and from September to mid-December. June and March both fall in the busy season, which is why the headline sets one against the other.
  • ProblemThe yardstick moved mid-record.In mid-September 2025 Google stopped serving 100 results per page. In the week of 1 September, beexecutiveevents.com had 13,761 impressions at position 30.9. In the week of 15 September it had 7,720 at position 14.6, while clicks held, 37 then 51. We treat that position jump as a reporting change, not a result.

THE RESULT

Twelve months, six numbers

Every figure comes from Google Search Console for beexecutiveevents.com, June 2025 to May 2026. Clicks lead, because Google’s September 2025 counting change did not affect them the way it affected impressions and position. Nothing modelled, nothing extrapolated.

The month it turned

February 2026 was the first month on page one

Average position was 14.7 in January 2026. In February it was 9.4, the first month the site averaged inside the top ten, while impressions rose from 49,446 to 88,384. Clicks went from 187 to 358. BEE’s busy season starts in the second half of February, so part of the click rise is seasonal. The position change is the stronger signal.

Two measures, two charts. Clicks and position sit on different scales, so putting them on one axis would flatter the story.

SEARCH FOOTPRINT

From 373 clicks a quarter to 1,229

Clicks are the outcome. The search footprint widened alongside them. This compares October to December 2025, the first full quarter after Google’s September change, with March to May 2026, so both windows are counted the same way.

THE WORK

Positioning first. Then the content plan.

Taken from our project records. They record what was done more clearly than when, so no task here is tied to a single month of results.

  1. 01Aug 2025

    Onboarding and positioning

    • Onboarding questionnaire completed by BEE on 28 August 2025
    • Brief set around access and deal-making with C-suite buyers, not peer networking or personal development
    • Content audience defined as the buyer: B2B marketers, sales leaders and companies struggling to reach the C-suite
    • Seasonal calendar logged: busy late February to July and September to mid-December, quiet in August
    128 → 483monthly clicks, June 2025 against March 2026, both in BEE’s busy season
  2. 02Content and architecture

Then we built the plan around it

    • Informational keyword sets built on the buyer’s pain points: gatekeepers, cold outreach, ABM, event formats, event ROI
    • Latest master list: about 95 net-new keywords, deduplicated against content already written
    • Event promotion moved to the /upcoming-events/ pillar page, because individual event pages tend to rank after the event has passed
    • Overlapping topics folded into umbrella pages so they do not compete with each other
    • 14-page landing page structure agreed: 10 industry pages and 4 leadership-role pages
    • Monthly SEO report and live organic dashboard delivered to the client
    14.8 → 7.3average position, October 2025 to March 2026, both after Google’s counting change

What it added up to

From 128 monthly clicks to 483, with every month accounted for

  • 01 / 04A higher floor, not one good monthClicks passed 300 in each of February to May 2026: 358, 483, 397 and 349. Before February, no month in the record had passed 187.

  • 03 / 04Page one coincided with FebruaryAverage position moved from 14.7 in January 2026 to 9.4 in February and 7.3 in March. February is also when BEE’s busy season begins, so the timing is the signal here, not a claim of causation.
