SOUND FAMILIAR?
Growing a law firm is hard in ways other businesses never face.
Referral dependence, strict advertising rules and clients who compare in minutes. Here is what we hear from firms, and what we do about each one.
- 01
Referrals feed you, then they stop.
Most firms live on referrals, and referrals are unpredictable. One quiet quarter and the pipeline is thin, with no way to switch it back on.
HOW WE FIX IT
Search and AI visibility that works every month, alongside the referrals you already earn.
SEO and AI search - 02
You pay for enquiries that were never right.
Wrong case type, wrong location, people shopping for the cheapest. Every unqualified call costs your team time and your budget money.
HOW WE FIX IT
Campaigns, pages and forms built around the cases you want, counting qualified enquiries, not clicks.
Paid ads and conversion - 03
The advertising rules tie your hands.
Results, testimonials, specialties and firm names are all regulated. So firms either risk a complaint or say nothing memorable.
HOW WE FIX IT
We research your jurisdiction’s rules first and write around them. Your firm keeps final sign-off.
Copywriting and website - 04
You look like every other firm.
Same stock photos, same “experienced attorneys” line. A visitor cannot tell why you are different, so they call the firm with the most reviews.
HOW WE FIX IT
Positioning, brand and copy that show who you serve and why you are the better choice.
Branding and copywriting - 05
Nobody owns your marketing.
A partner runs it on the side, an agency swaps account managers, and no one is accountable for whether it brings in cases.
HOW WE FIX IT
A named growth manager and a project manager, accountable for the plan.
Growth Manager - 06
Your reports show activity, not cases.
Traffic, impressions, rankings. None of it tells you which marketing signed a client.
HOW WE FIX IT
One plain-English report a month, built around qualified enquiries and the next recommendation.
Growth Manager
YOUR GROWTH MANAGER
Your firm gets a growth manager who understands law firms.
A growth manager is the person accountable for your firm’s growth online. Yours is briefed on how law firms win clients: practice-area economics, referral habits, intake, the advertising rules and how AI search is changing the way people find a lawyer. They are your number one contact, alongside your project manager or specialist.
- 01
Owns the plan
Decides what to do next, and in what order, so you are never guessing where to spend.
- 02
Meets you every month
A monthly meeting to review the numbers that matter and agree the priorities.
- 03
Recommends, honestly
Clear advice, including when something is not worth buying yet.
- 04
Brings in specialists
Recommends and coordinates our SEO, ads, website, copy and brand specialists when you need them.

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
What to do, and what to stop doing.
The mistakes we see most on law firm sites, and the fix for each. Rules vary by jurisdiction, so check yours.
DON’T
DO
Promise results or call yourselves the best.
State facts you can support, and keep the records behind every claim.
Show testimonials without checking your rules.
Check your regulator and FTC guidance first, and add context where required.
Bury the phone number and the form.
Put call, form and booking in the first screen on mobile.
Write one generic “practice areas” page.
Give each practice area and city its own page, written for that matter.
Copy a competitor’s wording.
Write from your lawyers’ real experience. That is what builds trust, with people and with search.
Let enquiries wait until Monday.
Answer the same day, and track which enquiries become clients.
Judge success by traffic.
Judge it by qualified enquiries, including phone calls.
HOW WE RESEARCH YOUR INDUSTRY
We do the homework before we build.
Generic marketing fails in law firm work because the buyers, the rules and the competition are specific. So month one is research, and you see the output of every step.
- 1
We map your market
Who ranks for your practice areas and cities, what they say, how they look, and what an AI assistant answers when a client asks who to hire.
YOU GETA market map of your competitors and search demand
- 2
We learn your clients
Your intake forms, reviews and calls show how clients describe the problem. We write in their words, not in marketing language.
YOU GETClient-language notes that shape every page
- 3
We check the rules
We read the attorney advertising rules for your jurisdiction and flag risks before anything is published. We are not a law firm, so final review stays with you or your counsel.
YOU GETA compliance checklist for your site and ads
- 4
We write the Blueprint
A UX and SEO Blueprint sets out the pages, structure, keywords, content and the order we build in, so nothing is guesswork.

Questions law firm owners ask.
What does a growth manager actually do for a law firm?
Your growth manager owns the plan for growing your firm online. They review your numbers and intake each month, recommend what to do next and in what order, meet you monthly and bring in our specialists when you choose to buy the work. At the Advisor level they give direction and advice rather than doing the hands-on work. Many firms start there, and established firms can keep one on its own.
Do we have to buy every service?
No. Start with a growth manager, or with any single service, and add more when it makes sense. We would rather you buy the one thing that fits than a package you do not need. The free audit tells us where to begin.
How much does it cost?
It depends on which services fit your firm, so we scope it after the free audit instead of guessing. We will tell you the cost before you commit. For SEO we recommend six months because it takes time to compound, and we report every month so you can see what is happening.
Can you guarantee rankings or new cases?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search engines and AI assistants change, and a firm’s results also depend on its practice area, reputation and how quickly enquiries are answered. We guarantee the work: a documented plan, a growth manager and project manager, monthly reporting and honest advice about what is and is not working.
Do you follow attorney advertising rules?
We research the rules for the jurisdictions you practise in and build around them: how results, testimonials, specialties and firm names are presented. We flag risks before anything goes live. We are not a law firm and cannot give legal advice, so your firm or its ethics counsel has final sign-off on claims.
How long until we see results?
SEO is a months-long investment, not a weeks-long one, which is why we measure monthly. Paid search can produce enquiries sooner, but the first weeks are used to test and tighten. Your growth manager will tell you what to expect for your practice areas after the audit, not before.
What do you need from us to start?
Your website address, access to analytics and Search Console if you have them, and a short call about your practice areas, cities and the cases you most want. The audit itself is free.
