When a business owner gives us their website, their search results and their customers, they are giving us something that took years to build. I never forget that.
Webtec has been helping businesses grow online since 2017, and our first motto is still the simplest: be helpful. Help the client in front of you, help the teammate beside you and be honest when something is not working.
Today one team, working remotely across the globe, builds websites, wins search and AI visibility, runs ads and designs brands. But what clients feel is not a department. It is a named person who knows their business, answers when they ask and tells them the truth.
Did our clients win? If they did, we won.
We have had hard years and good ones. The way I judge a month is simple: did our clients win? If they did, we won. If they did not, we lost, and we owe them a better plan. Either way, we learn. That is the only way I know to build something that lasts.
I am proud of the people here. They tease each other, they cheer each other on and they go well past the call of duty for the businesses we serve. If you are thinking about working with us, I hope you meet them.
