*** STORE HEALTH CHECK ***
- Paying for traffic that does not buy.SEO and ads
Ad spend climbs and orders do not. Clicks are not customers.
Attract shoppers with intent, and judge every channel by revenue per visitor.
- Product pages that do not sell.Website and copywriting
Thin descriptions, no size or fit help, few reviews. Shoppers leave to compare.
Product pages built around the questions a buyer actually asks.
- Carts that are abandoned.Conversion
Surprise shipping, forced accounts and long forms send shoppers away at the last step.
A simpler, more trusted checkout, tested and measured.
- Customers who buy once.Web tools and growth
Most of your profit is in the second order, and nothing invites it.
Email and text flows, sent with consent, that bring customers back.
- Invisible to search and AI shopping.SEO and AI search

YOUR GROWTH MANAGER
Your store gets a growth manager who understands e-commerce.
A growth manager is the person accountable for growing your store. Yours is briefed on how online stores win: conversion, average order value, retention, product data, the consumer-protection and privacy rules and how AI search is changing how people shop. They are your number one contact, alongside your project manager or specialist.

What does a growth manager actually do for an online store?
Your growth manager owns the plan for growing your store. They review your key numbers each month, recommend what to test, fix or launch next and in what order, meet you monthly and bring in our specialists when you choose to buy the work. At the Advisor level they give direction and advice rather than doing the hands-on work. Many stores start there, and established stores can keep one on its own.
Do we have to buy every service?
No. Start with a growth manager, or with any single service, and add more when it makes sense. We would rather you buy the one thing that fits than a package you do not need. The free audit tells us where to begin.
How much does it cost?
It depends on which services fit your store, so we scope it after the free audit instead of guessing. We will tell you the cost before you commit. For SEO we recommend six months because it takes time to compound, and we report every month so you can see what is happening.
Can you guarantee sales or rankings?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search engines, ad platforms and AI assistants change, and your results also depend on your products, prices and shipping. We guarantee the work: a documented plan, a growth manager and project manager, monthly reporting and honest advice about what is and is not working.
Which platforms do you work with?
We build and improve stores on Shopify, and we work with other platforms for SEO, ads, conversion and copy. The free audit shows what we would change on your current platform and whether a move would pay off.
Do you know the consumer-protection and privacy rules?
We research the rules that apply to your store, including how reviews, pricing, subscriptions, email and text consent and tracking must be handled, and build around them. We flag risks before anything goes live. We are not lawyers, so your team or counsel has final sign-off.
What do you need from us to start?
Your store address, access to analytics, Search Console and your ad accounts if you have them, and a short call about your products, margins and goals. The audit itself is free.
