Month by month
A growth manager improves things every single month.
Not a one-off audit. Not a deck that gathers dust. A named person who reviews your numbers, decides what to do next and makes sure it happens, month after month, so the gains compound.

THE FIRST SIX MONTHS
What a typical half-year looks like.
An illustration. Your plan depends on your business, your goals and which services you choose.
MONTH 1Baseline and roadmap- Review your site, search visibility, AI answers, analytics and goals. Write the first roadmap.
- A plain-English summary of where you stand, and a prioritised roadmap.
- What matters most in the next 90 days.
MONTH 2Fix the foundations- Recommend the first moves: tracking, forms, titles, speed, the pages that earn or lose enquiries.
- A short list of fixes, who does each, and what each should change.
- Which fixes to approve first.
MONTH 3Build momentum- Review early signals. Brief specialists on new pages, content or campaigns, if you choose those services.
- A report showing what moved and what has not moved yet, and why.
- Where to invest next.
MONTH 4Test and learn- Review results of changes made so far. Recommend tests on pages, calls to action or campaigns.
- Before-and-after on the changes, in numbers you can read.
- What to keep, drop or double down on.
MONTH 5Expand what works- Extend the winners: new pages, new queries, new channels, where the data supports it.
- An updated roadmap that reflects what you learned.
- Which new area earns a budget.
MONTH 6Review and reset- A full review: goals, results, what the next six months should focus on.
- A six-month summary and a refreshed plan.
- The plan and priorities for the next half-year.
EVERY MONTH, WITHOUT FAIL
What you can count on, each month.
- A meeting with your growth managerReview results, agree priorities, ask anything.
- Communication between meetingsQuestions answered as they come up, not saved for the next call.
- Written recommendationsPlain-language advice on what to do next and why.
- An up-to-date roadmapThe plan always reflects what you learned last month.
- Honest guidance on servicesWhich Webtec services fit, and when, including when to wait.
WHY MONTHLY WINS
Why a monthly rhythm beats a one-off plan.
A better page, a faster form and a clearer offer each add a little. Together they add a lot.
- 01Markets moveSearch, AI answers and competitors change. A plan from January is stale by June.
- 02Small gains compoundA better page, a faster form and a clearer offer each add a little. Together they add a lot.
- 03Someone is accountableEvery month a named person owns what happens next, instead of a to-do list nobody owns.
- 04You decide with factsEach decision is made with last month’s numbers in front of you.
“The thing that really separates Webtec from others however is that Webtec really knows how to anticipate the needs of their clients, and then provides the necessary support needed - such that it always looks like magic.”

Questions about the monthly rhythm.
- 01
What does a growth manager do each month?
Your growth manager reviews your results, meets you, updates the roadmap and recommends what to do next and in what order. At the Advisor level they give direction and recommendations. The hands-on work, such as SEO, ads, website or copy, is done by specialists when you choose those services, and your growth manager coordinates it.
- 02
Will I really see improvement every month?
You will see progress every month: decisions made, fixes shipped and results reported, good or bad. We cannot promise that every metric rises every month, because markets move. We promise a plan, a review and a clear next step every month.
- 03
How long until results show up?
Some changes, such as fixing a broken form, show up quickly. Others, like SEO and AI visibility, compound over months. That is why we recommend six months for SEO and review progress monthly.
- 04
What do I need to do each month?
Show up to the monthly meeting, read the report and make decisions on the recommendations. Your growth manager does the rest of the thinking and coordinates the work.
- 05
Is there a setup fee or long contract?
There is no setup fee. The term and notice period for monthly services are written in your quote before you commit.
