Do not sell or share my information

Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and make a privacy request. Available to everyone, not only residents of California.

Last updated October 26, 2026

The short version

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • You can still switch it off here, and your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal is honored automatically.
  • You can also ask us to show, correct or delete your data by email.

This summary helps you read. The full text below is what applies.

01Where we stand today

In the past 12 months, Webtec International AB has not sold personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and has not shared it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We run no advertising pixels or data brokers on this site. If you allow analytics and marketing cookies, our live chat service records your visits for us as our service provider; it works on our instructions and we do not sell that data. Opting out below also switches the chat off. We do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16.

We publish this page so the choice is clear and in place before we ever add advertising tools. If we add them, they stay off until you allow them, and this page and our privacy policy will be updated first.

02Opt out

Use the switch below. It turns off marketing and advertising categories in this browser and stores your choice. It applies to the device and browser you are using now.

03Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting or extension that tells every site you visit not to sell or share your data. We treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing, and as a request to keep marketing and analytics off, without any extra step. You can turn GPC on in privacy-focused browsers such as Firefox, Brave and DuckDuckGo, or with a browser extension.

04Make a privacy request

You can ask us, for yourself or through an authorized agent, to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your personal information;
  • stop using or sharing your information for marketing, including email.

Email hello@trywebtec.com with the subject “Privacy request”, say what you want, and give the email address you used with us. We will confirm your identity by replying to that address, and for an agent we ask for proof that you authorized them.

We aim to answer within 30 days, and no later than 45 days, as US state laws require. If we need longer we say why. If we deny a request, tell us and we will review it again.

We will not charge you or treat you worse for making a request. If you live in the EU, UK or Switzerland, the rights in our privacy policy also apply to you.
