Who will actually work on my project?
Your Growth Manager, Project Manager and Specialist, supported by a dedicated team for your website and business. Their names and roles are on our team page, and you meet them at the start.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell your Project Manager or Growth Manager. A named person takes ownership, fixes it, explains what happened and tells you what we changed so it does not happen again. If it is still not resolved, ask for a leader and you will get one.
Are you going to lock me in?
Your proposal states the term and how to exit before you sign anything. The website redesign subscription runs on a 12-month term. There is no setup fee on any service.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We agree a baseline with you, work on what moves the numbers, and report the results from your own data every month. Our case studies show what that looks like.
How do I know the work is actually being done?
Your monthly report lists the work completed and the results it produced, and your Project Manager can walk you through it any week. Nothing is billed for work you cannot see.
What happens if a deadline slips?
Your Project Manager tells you as soon as we know, explains why and gives you a new date. Timelines are written into your plan so a delay is visible, not hidden.
Will you copy my old site or start fresh?
We start from research on your market and customers, then design and build for your goals. Every page is checked by a second person before you see it, and you approve it before launch.
Can I talk to current clients?
