SOUND FAMILIAR?

Contractors lose work in six places.

Unsteady work, price shoppers and big brands in the results. Here is what we hear from contractors, and what we do about each one.

  • PROBLEM 01

    Feast, then famine.

A big job finishes and the phone goes quiet. With no steady source of enquiries, you chase work instead of choosing it.

    HOW WE FIX IT

Search and AI visibility that works every month, so jobs arrive between referrals.

    SEO and AI search
  • PROBLEM 02

    Everyone wants the cheapest quote.

Price shoppers compare five contractors in an evening. If you look like a commodity, price is all they have to compare.

    HOW WE FIX IT

Pages and positioning that show your craft, process and proof before anyone asks for a price.

    Website and branding
  • PROBLEM 03

    National brands crowd the results.

Franchises and lead directories fill the top of the page, and a strong local contractor looks small beside them.

    HOW WE FIX IT

Local pages and a Google Business Profile built to win the searches in your service area.

    Local SEO
  • PROBLEM 04

    Estimates that go nowhere.

Enquiries for jobs you do not do, outside your area, with no budget. Your estimator drives out for nothing.

    HOW WE FIX IT

Forms and flows that qualify jobs by type, location and budget before they reach you.

    Conversion and web tools
  • PROBLEM 05

Your best work is invisible online.

The kitchens, additions and decks you are proudest of sit in a phone gallery while homeowners judge you on a thin website.

    HOW WE FIX IT

Project galleries and write-ups that make your work the proof.

    Website and copywriting
  • PROBLEM 06

    Nobody owns the marketing.

You are on site all day. The website, the ads and the reviews are nobody’s job, so they drift.

    HOW WE FIX IT

A named growth manager and a project manager, accountable for the plan.

    Growth Manager

FROM FIRST SEARCH TO SIGNED JOB

Find the leak in your job pipeline.

Every job passes through five stages. Most contractors lose work at two or three of them without knowing which. We fix each stage, in the right order.

  1. 01

    Found

    WHERE JOBS LEAK

A homeowner searches “kitchen remodel near me” and you are not in the first results, or not in the AI answer.

    WHAT WE DO

Service-and-city pages, a strong Business Profile and answers AI assistants can quote.

    SEO and AI search
  2. 02

    Trusted

    WHERE JOBS LEAK

Your site looks thin: no projects, no licence details, no reviews, so they keep scrolling.

    WHAT WE DO

Project galleries, licence and insurance details, reviews and a clear process.

    Website and copywriting
  3. 03

    Contacted

    WHERE JOBS LEAK

The form is long, the phone number is hard to tap and nobody calls back until tomorrow.

    WHAT WE DO

One-tap call, a short estimate request and quick response paths.

    Conversion
  4. 04

    Qualified

    WHERE JOBS LEAK

Wrong job type, wrong area, no budget. Your estimator’s time is spent on jobs you will never do.

    WHAT WE DO

Qualifying questions and routing before an estimate is booked.

    Web tools and ads
  5. 05

    Signed

    WHERE JOBS LEAK

Estimates go out and then silence. You never learn which marketing produced the jobs you won.

    WHAT WE DO

Tracking from first click to signed job, walked through with you every month.

    Growth Manager

YOUR GROWTH MANAGER

Your company gets a growth manager who understands contractors.

A growth manager is the person accountable for growing your company online. Yours is briefed on how contractors win work: seasonal swings, estimate-to-job conversion, service areas, licence and insurance trust signals, reviews and how AI search is changing the way homeowners find a contractor. They are your number one contact, alongside your project manager or specialist.

WITHOUT A GROWTH MANAGER

  • You chase work between jobs
  • Marketing happens whenever someone has time
  • An agency account manager who changes every few months
  • Reports full of traffic and rankings
  • You guess which service to buy next

WITH YOURS

  • A steady pipeline, planned month by month
  • One named person who owns the plan
  • A growth manager who knows how contractors win jobs
  • A plain-English report on qualified enquiries
  • A clear recommendation on what to do next, and what to skip
  • Owns the plan

Decides what to do next, and in what order, so the pipeline never goes quiet.

  • Meets you every month

A monthly meeting to review qualified enquiries and agree the priorities.

  • Recommends, honestly

Clear advice, including when something is not worth buying yet.

  • Brings in specialists

Recommends and coordinates our SEO, ads, website, copy and brand specialists when you need them.

WHAT YOUR GROWTH MANAGER ALREADY KNOWS

  • How homeowners choose a contractor: search, reviews, referrals and AI assistants
  • Which job types are worth marketing in your area and season
  • Where estimate requests leak, and how fast to answer them
  • What your state requires in advertising: licence numbers, insurance claims, testimonials
  • What strong contractor sites show: projects, process and proof
  • Local search and Business Profile rules for service-area companies
  • Why qualified jobs matter more than traffic or lead counts
  • When to say no to a service that does not fit your company yet

The Growth Manager Advisor level gives direction and advice, not hands-on implementation. Many companies start there and add services when they are ready. Established companies can keep a growth manager on its own.

HOW WE RESEARCH YOUR INDUSTRY

  1. 1

    We survey your market

Who ranks for your trades and service areas, what the national brands say, and what an AI assistant answers when a homeowner asks who to hire.

YOU GETA market map of your competitors and search demand

  2. 2

    We listen to your customers

Your estimate requests, reviews and calls show how homeowners describe the job. We write in their words.

YOU GETCustomer-language notes that shape every page

  3. 3

    We check the rules

We read your state’s contractor licensing and advertising rules and flag risks before anything is published. The licensing board or your counsel has the final word.

YOU GETA compliance checklist for your site and ads

  4. 4

    We write the Blueprint

A UX and SEO Blueprint sets out the pages, structure, keywords, content and the order we build in, so nothing is guesswork.

What does a growth manager actually do for a contractor?

Your growth manager owns the plan for growing your company online. They review your enquiries and estimates each month, recommend what to do next and in what order, meet you monthly and bring in our specialists when you choose to buy the work. At the Advisor level they give direction and advice rather than doing the hands-on work. Many companies start there, and established companies can keep one on its own.

Do we have to buy every service?

No. Start with a growth manager, or with any single service, and add more when it makes sense. We would rather you buy the one thing that fits than a package you do not need. The free audit tells us where to begin.

How much does it cost?

It depends on which services fit your company, so we scope it after the free audit instead of guessing. We will tell you the cost before you commit. For SEO we recommend six months because it takes time to compound, and we report every month so you can see what is happening.

Can you guarantee jobs or rankings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search engines and AI assistants change, and your results also depend on your trade, your area, your reviews and how quickly you answer enquiries. We guarantee the work: a documented plan, a growth manager and project manager, monthly reporting and honest advice about what is and is not working.

Do you know our state’s licensing and advertising rules?

We research the rules for the states you work in, including how licence numbers, insurance and warranty claims and testimonials must appear, and build around them. We flag risks before anything goes live. We are not lawyers, so your licensing board or counsel has the final word.

Do we need a new website?

Not always. The audit shows whether your current site can do the job with improvements, or whether a redesign will pay off. If we rebuild, a Blueprint protects the search rankings you already have.

What do you need from us to start?

Your website address, access to analytics and Search Console if you have them, and a short call about your trades, service areas and the jobs you most want. The audit itself is free.
