For sites built with AI
Built your site with AI? Keep the idea. Rebuild it properly.
Tools like Lovable, Bolt and v0 are brilliant at getting a draft on screen. A site that has to win customers also needs positioning, search and AI visibility, working forms and tracking. That is the part we build.
- 1Your AI draftProof the idea works.
- 2Your briefWe keep what you love.
- 3A site that lastsCustom, owned and wired up.
CREDIT WHERE IT IS DUE
What AI builders are genuinely great at.
We are not here to knock them. For these jobs they are hard to beat, and many of our best briefs start life as an AI draft.
Speed
An idea becomes a clickable page in minutes.
Testing an idea
You can show something before spending real money.
A first draft
Layout and copy ideas that make a strong brief.
Internal tools
Small apps where polish matters less than function.
THE 2-MINUTE CHECK
Is your AI-built site ready to win customers?
Ten questions. Be hard on yourself: a no is useful. Your result tells you whether to polish, get a health check or rebuild.
- 1
I can say who the site is for and why they should pick me in one sentence, and the site says it.
- 2
My page titles, descriptions and headings are unique and written on purpose.
- 3
The page source (or a plain fetch) shows my real text, not an empty shell.
- 4
Every form sends leads somewhere my team checks, and I have tested it.
- 5
I can see which pages and sources bring enquiries, in analytics I own.
- 6
My pages have structured data and clear, quotable answers to buyer questions.
- 7
The site loads fast on a phone and passes the accessibility basics.
- 8
I know who owns the code, who hosts the site and what my contract says about moving it.
- 9
Someone is responsible for the site when something breaks or needs changing.
- 10
A real person has checked the copy for accuracy and tone.
YOUR RESULT, WHEN YOU ARE DONE
0/10
Answer all ten. 0 of 10 done. It takes about two minutes, and nothing is stored.
WHERE DRAFTS USUALLY STOP
Six things a prompt does not decide for you.
Not every site has every gap. These are the ones we find most often, with a quick way to test each.
- 01
Positioning
A site can look finished and still say nothing a buyer remembers.
TEST IT · Could a stranger repeat what you offer, and why you, after ten seconds?
- 02
Business goals
Pages are built to look good, not to move someone toward a call or sale.
TEST IT · Does every page have one job and one next step?
- 03
Search and AI visibility
Many AI crawlers do not run JavaScript, so content has to be in the HTML they receive. Metadata, structure and quotable answers decide the rest.
TEST IT · Does a plain fetch of your page show your real text and unique titles?
- 04
Forms and conversion wiring
A form can look real and deliver nothing. Leads need a destination, a notification and tracking.
TEST IT · Submit your own form. Did a human get it, and did analytics count it?
- 05
Measurement
Without analytics set around your goals, nobody knows what works.
TEST IT · Can you see which pages and sources bring enquiries?
- 06
Ownership and upkeep
Who owns the code, and who hosts and looks after it? Who fixes it when it breaks, or when the tool changes?
TEST IT · Could you take the site to another developer tomorrow?
CHECK IT YOURSELF
See what a crawler sees.
Vercel’s 2024 research found that none of the major AI crawlers it studied render JavaScript. Google’s crawler does, but slower. So the safest test is simple: fetch your page as plain HTML and look for your own words.
- 1Fetch the page as plain HTML (command on the right).
- 2Search the output for your main headline. Missing? That is what many assistants receive.
- 3In Google Search Console, run URL Inspection on the page and compare the rendered HTML.
- 4Submit your own form, then check where the lead landed and whether analytics counted it.
TERMINAL
# What does a crawler receive? curl -s -A "GPTBot" https://yoursite.com/ \ | grep -i "your main headline" # Nothing printed? The words are not in the HTML. # Printed? Good. Now check titles, forms and tracking. # An empty shell looks like this: <div id="root"></div> # Real content looks like this: <h1>Your main headline</h1> <p>What you offer, and for whom.</p>
EMPTY SHELL
Nothing to read, nothing to quote.
WORDS A CRAWLER GETS
REAL CONTENT
Headline, offer and answers, ready to quote.
WORDS A CRAWLER GETS
YOUR OPTIONS
Three ways forward, and we will tell you which one fits you.
Keep it and polish it
Pick this if: Your draft works and your goals are modest.
A health check finds the few fixes that matter: titles, tracking, forms, speed. If that is all you need, we will say so and not sell you a rebuild.
Rebuild it properly
Pick this if: The site has to win customers, and you want it to last.
We research your market, position the brand and rebuild in React and Next.js with a headless CMS. You own the code, and hosting follows the terms we agree.
Use the draft as the brief
Pick this if: You know what you like, and want it to become real.
Your AI draft shows us the look and the words you reach for. We keep what works, replace what does not, and build the rest around your goals.
HOW A REBUILD WORKS
From your draft to a site that lasts.
- 1
Audit what you built
What works, what is missing, what search engines and AI assistants actually receive.
- 2
Keep the good parts
Copy, layout ideas and brand cues that already feel like you.
- 3
Research your market
Two rounds: third-party tools first, then your own Analytics and Search Console.
- 4
Write the Blueprint
Positioning, pages, structure and the job of every page.
- 5
Design, write, build
Designers, copywriters and developers, led by your growth manager.
- 6
Migrate and launch
Content moved, URLs redirected, forms and tracking tested, then live.

Questions about AI-built sites.
Is a Lovable or other AI-built site bad for SEO?
Not by definition, and these tools have improved. Lovable’s own documentation says apps created from May 13, 2026 render pages on the server, and that older apps serve pre-rendered copies to verified crawlers. What decides SEO is mostly not the tool: it is research, structure, unique metadata, useful content and links. Those still need people. A health check shows what your site does today.
Can you fix my AI-built site instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. We start with an audit. If the foundations are sound, we fix titles, structure, tracking and forms and tell you a rebuild is not needed. If the code or structure is the problem, we say that too, with reasons.
Do I lose my design and copy if I rebuild?
No. Your AI draft is a useful brief. We keep the copy, layout ideas and brand cues that work and improve the rest. Nothing is thrown away without a reason.
Will an AI-built site get cited by ChatGPT and other assistants?
It can, if the content is in the HTML they receive and is clear, specific and trustworthy. Vercel’s research in 2024 found that none of the major AI crawlers it studied render JavaScript, so server-rendered content matters. Nobody can guarantee a citation. We build the conditions for one.
How much does it cost to rebuild?
A Webtec Premium build starts from $4,000, and we quote it after the research, before you commit. The full package is the build plus $1,999 a month: SEO, AEO and GEO, search marketing, upkeep and a Business Growth Manager.
Do I own the new site?
You own the code. Hosting is flexible: we can host and look after the site, or set it up in your name, as agreed in your contract.
Do you use AI yourselves?
We use modern tools, including AI, where they help, with people accountable for the work. What you pay for is judgement: positioning, research, structure and wiring, done by a team that owns the result.
