SOUND FAMILIAR?

Six symptoms we see in clinic marketing.

Crowded results, strict rules and patients who decide in minutes. Here is what clinics tell us, and the treatment for each.

  • Rx

    SYMPTOM

    Patients cannot tell clinics apart.

Every clinic says it is caring, modern and patient-first. A worried patient cannot tell which one actually is.

    TREATMENT

Positioning, photos and clinician profiles that show what care with you feels like.

    Branding and website
  • Rx

    SYMPTOM

Everything you treat sits on one page.

One “services” page means no page ranks for any condition or service, so patients searching for exactly what you do never find you.

    TREATMENT

A page for each service line, written around the questions patients ask.

    SEO and copywriting
  • Rx

    SYMPTOM

People ask AI and search before they call.

They type “who should I see for this?” and read an answer. If your clinic is not in it, you are not in the decision.

    TREATMENT

Pages and profiles built so search engines and AI assistants can find and name you.

    SEO and AI search
  • Rx

    SYMPTOM

    Health rules make you cautious.

Medical claims, testimonials and patient information are tightly regulated, so content ends up bland, thin or risky.

    TREATMENT

We research the rules that apply to you and write clear, confident copy. Your clinic keeps final sign-off.

    Copywriting
  • Rx

    SYMPTOM

    Booking is a hurdle.

A long form, a phone tree or no online booking. Patients give up and call the next clinic.

    TREATMENT

Simple booking for in-person and virtual visits, with one-tap calling.

    Conversion and web tools
  • Rx

    SYMPTOM

    Nobody owns the marketing.

The practice manager does it between patients, an agency changes contacts, and no one is accountable for new patients.

    TREATMENT

A named growth manager and a project manager, accountable for the plan.

    Growth Manager

ONE PAGE PER SERVICE LINE

Give every kind of care a page that can be found.

Patients search for a service or a worry, not for your clinic name. A page for each service line answers the question they actually ask.

  • Primary care

Patients ask: “Who should I see for this?”

    ITS OWN PAGE

  • Urgent care

Patients ask: “Can I be seen today?”

    ITS OWN PAGE

  • Physical therapy

Patients ask: “Will they take my insurance?”

    ITS OWN PAGE

  • Dermatology

Patients ask: “Is this something to worry about?”

    ITS OWN PAGE

  • Your clinic

One hub, a page for every service line

  • Women’s health

Patients ask: “Who is easy to talk to?”

    ITS OWN PAGE

  • Pediatrics

Patients ask: “Is there a doctor my child will like?”

    ITS OWN PAGE

  • Mental health

Patients ask: “Can I start therapy this week?”

    ITS OWN PAGE

  • Chronic care

Patients ask: “Who will follow me over time?”

YOUR GROWTH MANAGER

Your clinic gets a growth manager who understands healthcare.

A growth manager is the person accountable for growing your clinic online. Yours is briefed on how medical practices win patients: trust and credentials, service-line pages, local search, the health-marketing and privacy rules and how AI search is changing how people look for care. They coordinate your growth the way a care coordinator runs a patient’s plan, and they are your number one contact, alongside your project manager or specialist.

ALREADY KNOWS

What your growth manager brings on day one

  • How patients choose a clinic: search, reviews, referrals and now AI assistants
  • Why service-line pages and clinician credentials build trust
  • What health-marketing and privacy rules mean for claims, reviews and photos
  • How local results work for clinics, practitioners and telehealth
  • Where booking requests leak, and how fast to answer them
  • What strong clinic sites show: clinicians, services, insurance and process
  • Why booked appointments matter more than traffic
  • When to say no to a service that does not fit your clinic yet
  • Owns the plan

Decides what to do next, and in what order, so new-patient flow stays steady.

  • Meets you every month

A monthly meeting to review the numbers that matter and agree the priorities.

  • Recommends, honestly

Clear advice, including when something is not worth buying yet.

  • Brings in specialists

Recommends and coordinates our SEO, ads, website, copy and brand specialists when you need them.

The Growth Manager Advisor level gives direction and advice, not hands-on implementation. Many clinics start there and add services when they are ready. Established clinics can keep a growth manager on its own.

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE

What to do, and what to stop doing.

The mistakes we see most on clinic sites, and the fix for each. Rules vary by state, so check yours.

  • Promise cures or outcomes.

    Describe services and credentials accurately.

  • Share patient stories without written authorization.

Get authorization and check your rules before sharing anything.

  • Publish thin, copied health content.

Have clinicians write or review it, and show their credentials.

  • List everything on one services page.

Give each service line and location its own page.

  • Make booking a puzzle.

Offer simple online booking, telehealth options and a phone that is answered.

  • Count clicks.

    Count booked appointments.

HOW WE RESEARCH YOUR INDUSTRY

We do the homework before we build.

Generic marketing fails for clinics because the patients, the rules and the competition are specific. So month one is research, and you see the output of every step.

  1. 1

    We map your market

Who appears for your service lines and area, what they say, and what an AI assistant answers when a patient asks who to see.

YOU GETA market map of your competitors and search demand

  2. 2

    We listen to your patients

Your reviews, calls and intake questions show how people describe what they need and what worries them. We write in their words.

YOU GETPatient-language notes that shape every page

  3. 3

    We check the rules

We read the health-marketing, privacy and advertising rules that apply to your clinic and flag risks before anything is published. Your clinic or counsel has the final word.

YOU GETA compliance checklist for your site and ads

  4. 4

    We write the Blueprint

A UX and SEO Blueprint sets out the pages, structure, keywords, content and the order we build in, so nothing is guesswork.

Questions clinics ask.

What does a growth manager actually do for a clinic?

Your growth manager owns the plan for growing your clinic online. They review your enquiries and bookings each month, recommend what to do next and in what order, meet you monthly and bring in our specialists when you choose to buy the work. At the Advisor level they give direction and advice rather than doing the hands-on work. Many clinics start there, and established clinics can keep one on its own.

Do we have to buy every service?

No. Start with a growth manager, or with any single service, and add more when it makes sense. We would rather you buy the one thing that fits than a package you do not need. The free audit tells us where to begin.

How much does it cost?

It depends on which services fit your clinic, so we scope it after the free audit instead of guessing. We will tell you the cost before you commit. For SEO we recommend six months because it takes time to compound, and we report every month so you can see what is happening.

Can you guarantee new patients or rankings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search engines and AI assistants change, and your results also depend on your services, your area, your reviews and how quickly you answer enquiries. We guarantee the work: a documented plan, a growth manager and project manager, monthly reporting and honest advice about what is and is not working.

Do you follow health-marketing and patient privacy rules?

We research the rules that apply to the states you practise in, including how claims, testimonials and photos may be used and the privacy rules that affect reviews and replies, and build around them. We flag risks before anything goes live. We are not lawyers, so your clinic or counsel has final sign-off.

Do you work with clinics like ours?

We work with healthcare practices of different kinds and sizes. Send us your site and the free audit will show how it looks to a patient today, whether we are the right fit and where we would start.

What do you need from us to start?

Your website address, access to analytics, Search Console and your Google Business Profile if you have them, and a short call about your services, area and the patients you most want. The audit itself is free.
