This summary helps you read. The full text below is what applies.
Using this site means you agree
These terms govern your use of trywebtec.com (the “Site”), run by Webtec International AB (“Webtec”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
If you buy services from us, the terms of service and your proposal also apply to that work.
What you may do
You may browse the Site, read and share links to our articles and guides, and use the free tools for your own business or for a client you advise. You may quote short passages from our content with a clear credit and a link back, as long as you do not misrepresent what it says.
What you may not do
- Copy, republish or sell our content, or use it to train an AI model, without our written permission.
- Scrape the Site automatically in a way that burdens it, or bypass the rate limits, bot checks or access controls.
- Try to break, probe or overload the Site, or send malware.
- Use the free tools on a website you do not own or have permission to test, or to harass or harm anyone.
- Submit unlawful, false or misleading information in our forms, or use someone else’s identity.
- Present our content or tools as your own, or suggest we endorse you.
We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
The free tools
The Free audit, the llms.txt generator and the support AI help are free and provided as they are. The Free audit reads the public pages of the website you enter, runs automated checks, and may ask an AI model to read your homepage and answer sample buyer questions with live web search. Results show what we measured at that moment, from one assistant and a handful of questions. They are an indication, not an in-depth audit and not a promise of what will happen if you act on them.
We limit how many tests each visitor can run, and may change or stop a tool at any time. What we do with data you enter is in our privacy policy.
AI-generated answers
Our AI features can make mistakes, miss context, or repeat out-of-date information. Check anything important against a reliable source, and talk to a qualified professional before acting on it. You are responsible for how you use an output.
Our content and trademarks
The Site, its text, graphics, data tables, tools, code and the Webtec name and logo belong to Webtec or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. We give you a limited, revocable, personal license to use the Site as these terms allow. All other rights are reserved. Trademarks of other companies on the Site belong to them.
What you send us
When you send us text or other material through a form or tool, you confirm that you have the right to send it. You give us permission to use it to answer you and to run the tool you asked for. We do not publish what you send without your agreement.
Links to other sites
We link to sources and tools run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
No warranty, and limits on liability
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it and its tools “as is” and “as available”, without promises of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a purpose or uninterrupted service.
To the extent the law allows, Webtec is not liable for loss or damage from using the Site or acting on its content, including loss of profit, data or business, and indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, for example for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer where they apply by law.
Changes
We may change these terms and will show the new date at the top. Using the Site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
Swedish law governs these terms, and disputes go to the Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
