A growth roadmap is a short, ranked plan of the projects a business will do next, each tied to one goal. It usually covers 90 days and is reviewed monthly.
It differs from a task list because every item is linked to a measurable goal and to the weakest stage of the customer journey. Ideas are ordered using a scoring method such as ICE or RICE.
