Early childhood EdTechSEOWebsite + SEO

371 keywords on page one. 2,699 now. Six months.

Learning Beyond Paper sells a cloud-based early childhood curriculum to childcare providers across the US. We started in March 2026, built the site out around the way directors search, and carried it through a move to new URLs. August 2026 was the best month in sixteen months of Search Console data. Here is every month of it.

WHERE IT STARTED

A known name, and not much else

In March 2026, the first full month of the engagement, learningbeyondpaper.com earned 3,235 clicks from 21,566 impressions at an average position of 6.6. Healthy on the surface. Underneath, almost every click came from people who already knew the name. The keyword baseline below uses the first 90 days of the engagement.

  • ProblemFound by people who already knew the name.Of 6,393 keyword clicks in the first 90 days, 6,378 came from searches for the brand or a close variant of it. Directors often hear about the curriculum at a conference, then search to check it.
  • ProblemAlmost invisible to new buyers.Searches that did not mention the brand produced 15 clicks across those 90 days. That is the audience a curriculum company has to reach to grow.
  • ProblemNo page for the questions buyers ask.The onboarding records list Texas and Florida, two of five priority growth states, with documented demand and no page. Every competitor-comparison search was marked as needing a new page.
  • ProblemA fixed buying season.Acquisition runs from March to September with the childcare enrolment and budget cycle. Pages that are not ranking by then wait another year.

The month it turned

Through the move to new URLs, to a record month

Moving the site to new URLs meant Google had to pick up the replacement pages, including a new login page that appeared in Search Console in June 2026. Three months after the move, August set the sixteen-month high.

A separate unit from the keyword bars: clicks from searches that do not name the brand, inside each 90-day window.

The three keyword measures share one scale, with 4,542 as the widest measure. Clicks are shown separately. First 90 days: 1 March to 29 May 2026. Most recent 90: 22 June to 19 September 2026. The same 90 days in 2025 had 260 keywords on page one and 25 non-branded clicks, so the change is not the school calendar. Non-branded leaves out any search containing the brand name or a close variant, such as “learning and beyond”. Search Console data via Ahrefs.

Every month of the record, with its real numbers. The 2025 column shows the same month a year earlier, because the school year moves this market. Search Console data starts on 20 May 2025, so March to May have no full month to compare.
