For security, alarm and fire safety companies

Buyers only let in people they can check. Your site, search, AI answers and ads make your company easy to find and easy to vet, and turn that into surveys and quotes.

  • No setup fee

TRY IT

Which one would a buyer read?

  • Dual-path communicator with cellular backup to a UL Listed central station.
  • NFPA 72 inspection, testing and maintenance program with documented ITM reports.

Does your site read like the plain version?

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Six open issues in technical firm marketing.

Complex work, careful buyers and long cycles. Here is the log of what firms tell us, with the resolution and who owns it.

  • ISSUE-01HIGH

Buyers assume you are the door knocker.

"They think we are going to pressure them into a five-year contract. We have to win back trust the industry lost before we can even quote."

Calm, specific pages that show your license, your terms and your real technicians before the first visit.

    Website and copywriting
  • ISSUE-02HIGH

Lockout and emergency calls go to someone else.

"Someone is locked out two miles away and the call goes to a number with no real address. We never even show up."

A Business Profile and emergency pages that are accurate, verified and fast to call from a phone.

    SEO and paid ads
  • ISSUE-03MED

We are not sure what our ads are allowed to say.

"License numbers, renewal terms, UL wording, call consent. Every rule is different by state and nobody has checked our pages."

A claim and disclosure review of your site, ads and lead forms, with the wording to fix. Your counsel signs off.

    Copywriting
  • ISSUE-04MED

Commercial buyers cannot tell us from the cheapest bid.

"Facility managers see five proposals that all say the same thing, so they pick on price and call us when the other one fails."

Service pages for each system type and code duty, with the proof a facility manager and procurement look for.

    SEO and copywriting
  • ISSUE-05MED

Reviews only show up when something went wrong.

"Happy customers never think about us. The only reviews we get are about a false alarm or a cancellation fee."

A review request built into every install and service visit, asked of every customer the same way.

    Conversion and web tools
  • ISSUE-06HIGH

    Nobody owns the marketing.

"The owner does it between site visits and on-call nights, so it stops every time we get busy."

A named growth manager and a project manager, accountable for the plan.

    Growth Manager

WHO IS IN THE ROOM

Four people decide. Each needs different proof.

A technical project is rarely chosen by one person. Your site has to answer the evaluator, procurement, the budget owner and the stakeholder, each on their own terms.

  • Homeowner

“Is this company licensed, and what am I signing up for each month?”

    NEEDS TO SEE

The license number, real reviews, and the term, renewal and cancellation terms in plain words before anyone visits.

    Website and copywriting
  • Facility manager

“Will you keep us compliant and answer when a panel fails?”

    NEEDS TO SEE

Code knowledge, exact certificate and listing details, inspection records and stated response times.

    Copywriting and SEO
  • Property manager

“Will tenants complain, and who do I call when they do?”

    NEEDS TO SEE

A single point of contact, clear reporting and proof of how guards, patrols or technicians are supervised.

    Website and conversion
  • Procurement lead

“Can you show the licenses, insurance and scope we need on file?”

    NEEDS TO SEE

A documents page with license numbers by state, insurance details and a clear scope of services.

YOUR GROWTH MANAGER

Your company gets a growth manager who understands security buying.

A growth manager is the person accountable for growing your company online. Yours is briefed on how security and safety services are bought: suspicious homeowners, commercial buying rooms and state licensing. They also know the sales and telemarketing rules, and the scrutiny every certificate claim receives. They are your number one contact, alongside your project manager or specialist.

Questions technical firms ask.

What does a growth manager actually do for a security or fire safety company?

Your growth manager owns the plan for growing your company online. They review your booked surveys, inspections and contracts each month and recommend what to do next, in order. They meet you monthly and bring in our specialists when you choose to buy the work. At the Advisor level they give direction and advice rather than doing the hands-on work. Many companies start there, and established companies can keep one on its own.

Do we have to buy every service?

No. Start with a growth manager, or with any single service, and add more when it makes sense. We would rather you buy the one thing that fits than a package you do not need. The free audit tells us where to begin.

How much does it cost?

It depends on which services fit your company, so we scope it after the free audit instead of guessing. We will tell you the cost before you commit. For SEO we recommend six months because it takes time to compound, and we report every month so you can see what is happening.

Can you guarantee calls, contracts or rankings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search engines and AI assistants change, and your results also depend on your service, reviews, licenses and how fast you answer the phone. We guarantee the work: a documented plan, a growth manager and project manager, monthly reporting and honest advice about what is and is not working.

Do you know the rules on license numbers, alarm sales and telemarketing?

We research the rules that bind your marketing and build around them. That includes state license display rules, the FTC Cooling-Off Rule, automatic renewal rules, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the TCPA and the FTC review rule. We flag risky wording before anything goes live. We are not lawyers, so your company or counsel has final sign-off.

Our commercial clients do not want their sites named. How can you show our work?

We write about the problem and the system type, not the address. Case notes are anonymized, written with the client’s permission and leave out anything that would expose a site’s layout or weak points. We never name a client or share a figure without your approval.

What do you need from us to start?

Your website address, your license numbers by state, and access to analytics, Search Console and your Google Business Profile if you have them. Then a short call about your services, areas and the clients you most want. The audit itself is free.
