SOUND FAMILIAR?

Six reasons your schedule has gaps in it.

Local competition, nervous patients and strict rules. Here is what practices tell us, and what we do about each one.

  • MON 9:00EMPTY

Every clinic on Instagram looks the same.

Same filler lips, same glowing skin, same “luxury experience” caption. A new client cannot tell why they should pick you over the place two blocks away.

    HOW WE FIX IT

Positioning, provider pages and real results that show who you are and who you are best for.

    Branding and website
  • TUE 11:30EMPTY

    Our ads keep getting rejected.

Meta flags the creative, Google limits the keywords, and nobody explains why. The campaign stalls the week you need bookings.

    HOW WE FIX IT

Campaigns built around treatments and concerns, written to the platform policies before launch.

    Paid ads
  • WED 2:00EMPTY

Deal hunters book once and never come back.

The intro offer fills the chair, then the client disappears to the next promotion. Rebooking is what pays the rent.

    HOW WE FIX IT

Pages, follow-up and booking flows aimed at clients who want a provider, not a coupon.

    Conversion and copywriting
  • THU 4:30EMPTY

We are nervous about what we can post.

Before-and-after photos, toxin brand names, weight loss claims and influencer posts all have rules, and they change.

    HOW WE FIX IT

We research the rules that apply to your state and platforms and write around them. You keep final sign-off.

    Copywriting
  • FRI 10:00EMPTY

Messages pile up while we are treating.

DMs, calls and web forms arrive mid-appointment. By the time someone answers, the client has booked elsewhere.

    HOW WE FIX IT

Online booking, clear next steps and simple tools that catch every enquiry and send it to the right person.

    Conversion and web tools
  • SAT 9:30EMPTY

    Nobody owns the marketing.

The owner posts between clients, a freelancer runs the ads, and no one is accountable for booked consultations.

    HOW WE FIX IT

A named growth manager and a project manager, accountable for the plan and the monthly report.

YOUR GROWTH MANAGER

Your business gets a growth manager who understands aesthetics and beauty.

A growth manager is the person accountable for growing your business online. Yours is briefed on how clients choose a med spa, salon or wellness clinic: local search, reviews, social proof and trust in the provider. They also know the advertising rules and how AI assistants answer treatment questions. They are your number one contact, alongside your project manager or specialist.

ALREADY KNOWS

  • How clients choose a provider: photos, reviews, social posts, credentials and now AI assistants
  • How the map results work for treatment searches, and what moves a clinic up
  • Which treatments and concerns are worth their own pages and campaigns
  • What the FTC, the FDA and your state allow on claims, photos and reviews
  • What Google and Meta ad policies say about cosmetic, weight loss and prescription drug ads
  • Why the injector and medical director belong on the page
  • Where booking requests leak, and how fast clients expect a reply
  • Why booked consultations and rebookings matter more than clicks and followers

The Growth Manager Advisor level gives direction and advice, not hands-on implementation. Many clinics and salons start there and add services when they are ready. Established businesses can keep a growth manager on its own.

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE

What to do, and what to stop doing.

The mistakes we see most on dental sites, and the fix for each. Rules vary by state, so check yours.

  • Promise flawless, permanent or guaranteed results.

Show typical results and say plainly that results vary.

  • Post a client’s photo because they said yes in the chair.

Get a signed release for each use, and caption the treatment.

  • Call a compounded medicine the same as a branded drug.

Say it is compounded, not FDA approved, and prescribed by a named clinician.

  • Trade a discount or free add-on for a review.

Ask every client the same way, with no perk attached.

  • Hide who does the injecting.

Name each provider, their license and the medical director.

  • Count followers and clicks.

    Count booked consultations and rebookings.

HOW WE RESEARCH YOUR INDUSTRY

Questions dental practices ask.

What does a growth manager actually do for a med spa or salon?

Your growth manager owns the plan for growing your business online. They review your enquiries and bookings each month and recommend what to do next, in order. They meet you monthly and bring in our specialists when you choose to buy the work. At the Advisor level they give direction and advice rather than doing the hands-on work. Many clinics start there, and established businesses can keep one on its own.

Do you follow the rules on before-and-after photos, claims and reviews?

We research the rules that apply to you. That means the FTC on health claims, reviews and influencers, the FDA on the products you use, your state board and the Google and Meta ad policies. We build around them and flag risks before anything goes live. We are not lawyers, so your business or counsel has final sign-off.

Can you run ads for injectables or medical weight loss?

Yes, within the platform policies and the law. Google and Meta restrict prescription drug terms, health audiences and some cosmetic and weight loss creative. We plan campaigns around treatments and concerns and check the copy before launch. Weight loss and prescription drug ads carry extra requirements, and we will tell you plainly when a campaign is not allowed.

Can you guarantee bookings or rankings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search engines, ad platforms and AI assistants change, and your results also depend on your area, your reviews and how quickly you answer enquiries. We guarantee the work: a documented plan, a growth manager and project manager, monthly reporting and honest advice about what is and is not working.

How much does it cost?

It depends on which services fit your business, so we scope it after the free audit instead of guessing. We will tell you the cost before you commit. For SEO we recommend six months because it takes time to compound, and we report every month so you can see what is happening.

Do we have to buy every service?

No. Start with a growth manager, or with any single service, and add more when it makes sense. We would rather you buy the one thing that fits than a package you do not need. The free audit tells us where to begin.

What do you need from us to start?

Your website address, plus access to analytics, Search Console and your Google Business Profile if you have them. Then a short call about your treatments, area and the clients you most want. The audit itself is free.
