For manufacturers

Manufacturing marketing that lands the RFQs you want.

Engineers and buyers search specs, not slogans. Your site, search, AI answers and ads make your capabilities easy to find and check, so the right RFQs land in your inbox.

  • More RFQs from every channel
  • Every call and form tracked
  • No setup fee

TRY IT

Which one would a buyer read?

  • 5-axis CNC milling, tolerances to 0.0005 in, 6061, 316 and Ti-6Al-4V.
  • AS9100D certified, ITAR registered, NADCAP-accredited special processes.

Does your site read like the plain version?

Illustrative examples. Your own capabilities go here.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Six open issues in technical firm marketing.

Complex work, careful buyers and long cycles. Here is the log of what firms tell us, with the resolution and who owns it.

  • ISSUE-01HIGH

Engineers cannot tell what you can really make.

Your site says "precision manufacturing solutions". Buyers need processes, materials and tolerances, and shortlist whoever states them.

Capability pages with specifications as numbers, one per process, material and industry.

    Website and copywriting
  • ISSUE-02HIGH

Quotes that were never going to be a fit.

Wrong material, wrong volume, wrong tolerance. Your estimator spends hours on RFQs you could not win.

An RFQ form and capability pages that filter before the request reaches your estimator.

    Conversion and web tools
  • ISSUE-03MED

Referrals and a few customers are the whole pipeline.

Great until a customer reshores or a program ends. Nothing else is bringing in new buyers.

Search and AI visibility for the parts and processes you want more of.

    SEO and AI search
  • ISSUE-04MED

Your certifications are invisible or hard to verify.

You hold the certificates, but the site shows a logo with no scope, body or expiry, and procurement cannot check it.

A certifications page that names the body, scope and how to verify, kept current.

    Website
  • ISSUE-05MED

Directory profiles disagree with your website.

The address, phone and capabilities differ across Thomasnet, Google and your own pages, so buyers hesitate.

One set of company details, applied everywhere, and a monthly check.

    SEO
  • ISSUE-06HIGH

We cannot publish what our best work is.

ITAR, NDAs and customer confidentiality keep your best parts, and your drawings, off the site.

Anonymised capability stories and review rules so nothing controlled goes public.

    Copywriting
  • ISSUE-07HIGH

    Nobody owns the marketing.

The owner or an office manager does it between quotes, so it happens in bursts and never compounds.

A named growth manager and a project manager, accountable for the plan.

    Growth Manager

WHO IS IN THE ROOM

Four people decide. Each needs different proof.

A technical project is rarely chosen by one person. Your site has to answer the evaluator, procurement, the budget owner and the stakeholder, each on their own terms.

  • Design engineer

“Can they hold this tolerance in this material?”

    NEEDS TO SEE

Process pages with numbers, materials, part sizes and design guidance.

    Website and copywriting
  • Procurement or sourcing

“Are they a safe, verifiable supplier?”

    NEEDS TO SEE

Certifications with scope, company details that match everywhere and a clear quote process.

    Website and SEO
  • Quality manager

“Will their system pass our audit?”

    NEEDS TO SEE

Certificates, inspection capability, traceability and a quality summary.

    Website
  • Operations or program lead

“Will they deliver on time, at volume?”

    NEEDS TO SEE

Lead times, capacity, equipment list and proof from similar programs.

    Copywriting and conversion

Questions technical firms ask.

What does a growth manager actually do for a manufacturer?

Your growth manager owns the plan for growing your company online. They review your RFQs and quotes each month, recommend what to do next and in what order, meet you monthly and bring in our specialists when you choose to buy the work. At the Advisor level they give direction and advice rather than doing the hands-on work. Many manufacturers start there, and established companies can keep one on its own.

Do we have to buy every service?

No. Start with a growth manager, or with any single service, and add more when it makes sense. We would rather you buy the one thing that fits than a package you do not need. The free audit tells us where to begin.

How much does it cost?

It depends on which services fit your company, so we scope it after the free audit instead of guessing. We will tell you the cost before you commit. For SEO we recommend six months because it takes time to compound, and we report every month so you can see what is happening.

Can you guarantee RFQs or rankings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Search engines and AI assistants change, and your results also depend on your capability, your reputation and how quickly you answer RFQs. We guarantee the work: a documented plan, a growth manager and project manager, monthly reporting and honest advice about what is and is not working.

Can you work within ITAR and export-control limits?

Yes, by staying out of controlled data. We write capability pages from what you tell us is safe to publish, and we do not ask for controlled drawings or specifications. Your export compliance lead or counsel approves anything near controlled work before it goes live. We are not lawyers, so your company or counsel has final sign-off.

Do you know the rules on Made in USA and ISO claims?

We research the rules from the FTC and your certification bodies and build the wording around them. We flag risks such as origin claims that overstate U.S. content, or certifications listed without scope, before anything goes live. We are not lawyers, so your company or counsel has final sign-off.

What do you need from us to start?

Your website address, access to analytics and Search Console if you have them, and a short call about your processes, materials, certifications and the customers you most want. The audit itself is free.
